Returns

Thank you for shopping at KompaFit's online store. 

We have a 7-day return policy which means that you have 7 days after you receive an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its 

original packaging.  You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For manufacturer defects, you have 4 days from the day of delivery to notify us of defects.  We will replace the same exact item.  Damaged items through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

If the customer wants to return the package, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the size you ordered, you may exchange for a different size within 3 days of receiving the item.
